We just recently found out that our 4 year old daughter has many food allergies, including an allergy to milk. My question is what do you use to replace milk? I went to the store today and noticed there was rice, soy, and almond milk. Are there any others? And which is the more common choice for children? We tried the plain soy milk and she really didn’t care for it at all. I tried it myself and it was pretty bad, lol. We removed milk from her diet about a month ago and she really misses her cereal in the morning (won’t eat it dry), and plus I don’t like the idea of her drinking juice most of the day even though she drinks plenty of water too. Any suggestions?
