Food Allergies Treatment

I have a 2 1/2 yr. old grandson who breaks out in hives when milk touches his skin. He is on soy products, but is becoming a very finicky eater. He prefers soy formula as opposed to soy milk which is costly. His parents are at wits end and need some new recipe ideas for a finicky toddler’s appetite! Thank you for any suggestions!

If you are allergic to 2% you will be allergic to whole as well but to make the idea of “whole” milk more clear, whole milk is actually 3.5%, the percent refers to the amount of fat in the milk, whole mike is not all fat but contains all the fat milk has which is actually only 3.5%.

My 14 month old is still drinking her formula along with rice milk, because we had trouble when trying to switch her to cow’s milk. She wheezes really bad on cow’s milk, and even developed pnemonia at 12 months when we first tried it. My pediatrician said we could try soy milk. That made her vomit for 4 hours straight. The pediatrician said to keep her on formula until 15 months, and then we would try the cow’s milk again, but I’m too nervous to give her the cow’s milk. I don’t want her to have the wheezing again. Can I use rice milk instead? Also, I have tried goat’s milk, but she refuses to drink it.

my friend is coming over for lunch tomorrow with her two kids. i want to make a meal for all three kids to eat (ages 20months, 3 years and 1 year) Her daughter cannot eat anything with margarine in it, yet her youngest cannot have any dairy, etc. my son can, and will, eat anything so i am not worried about him. what can i make that all three can enjoy?
