Food Allergies Treatment

My 1 year old is allergic to eggs and milk and I’m having a hard time figuring out things to feed her besides jars of baby food. (Doctor just told me she is a bit underweight) She only recently started taking solids without gagging, she now will eat cheerios and sometimes cubed boiled veggies. She loves to snack, but I need some ideas of what I can give her.
Im a single mom who works, so preparing lengthy recipes would be a bit difficult.

My baby is coming up on 5 months. My baby is/ has been colicky, spits up frequently, sometimes 2-3 times after every feeding, violent explosive poops, green poop, slimy poop. She used to poop every other day, now she poops 5-6 times a day. I think it is diarrhea. How did you figure out it was a food allergy and what did you do about it?

Hello. I was recently told I had an allergy intolerance towards dairy – milk, cheese, yogurt etc. I was wondering if you can make ice cream and/or yogurt with soy milk. I was looking at a cuisinart ice cream maker but there are no instructions for other types of milk. Thanks.

Rocket French or Bust

I have a 2 1/2 yr. old grandson who breaks out in hives when milk touches his skin. He is on soy products, but is becoming a very finicky eater. He prefers soy formula as opposed to soy milk which is costly. His parents are at wits end and need some new recipe ideas for a finicky toddler’s appetite! Thank you for any suggestions!
