I am having a surprise b’day party for my friend who is allergic to milk and gluten. She can, however have eggs and nuts. Any good ideas? Thanks in advance.

My son is allergic to eggs (chicken eggs, I’m assuming is what they tested for) and cows milk. He drinks goats milk no problem. So I’m wondering if I could apply this logic to the egg allergy. It’s a crazy question, I know, but It would be so great if i could feed him scrambled eggs in the morning. Hopefully someone out there knows a little something about this.

My daughter is a month old i breastfeed for the first two weeks and i couldn’t do it anymore she sucked blood blisters on my nipples and cracked them. I tried pumping, lactation consultants, everything plus my milk seems to make her miserable i switched her to formula and started putting cereal in her bottles per doctor to make it thicker in her stomach because she spits up a lot she is always fussy, gassy, does this sound like a milk allergy to you? My question is when i feed her bottles she can suck on them for almost an hour and not get anywhere sometimes and other times have no problems? i sqeeze the nipple and milk comes out i even sucked on it myself and it comes out i thought cereal was clogging it and i even thought the nipples were bad then it was all of them. Does this sound like tongue tie and does it sound like milk allergy would soy help?

Assume the person hates the taste of SOY, drinks coffee with milk daily and cannot drink it black, and has egg whites rather than whole eggs for cholesterol benefits. Knowing that eggs and milk are staples in so much of what we eat, i.e., pizza, bread, pasta, what can be used instead? Liquid egg substitues have already been suggested and will be used as much as possible.
