Food Allergies Treatment

Question by shirotsubasa: Could anyone please suggest a wheat-free & egg-free chocolate cake recipe?
My friend was recently diagnosed with a whole list of food allergies and I always feel guilty when eating my lunches in front of her. Also, one of her best friend’s birthday is coming soon. Is there a really good recipe that you can suggest?

Note: she’s allergic to egg-white, wheat, nuts and sesame seed. Those aren’t all, just those commonly present in cakes.

Question by Vvv: Are there any effective cleanses you can suggest for me?
Please note:
I am NOT looking to go on a cleanse to lose weight. That is not my goal.

I suspect that I have a wheat allergy, so I am eliminating them from my diet.
I want to do a cleanse so I can have a new start with my eating.

Are there any effective cleanses that you suggest?

The master cleanse is helpful to a lot of people, and its about detoxing and cleansing your system, rather than weight loss.

My grandson has a severe food allergy to tree nuts (not peanuts). Many cake mixes, snack products, and prepared foods are made on equipment which also processes nuts. We cannot use those products. Can anyone with similar experience suggest some prepared snacks or mixes that are safe?
He would go into shock and having breathing difficulties which could threaten his life. It is very dangerous!

My son for the moment is allergic to peanuts, milk and eggs. I need a VERY allergy aware and reputable daycare, be it a centre or home daycare.
