Question by Kaiti: Is there a way to make something to substitute for flour?
My friend has a gluten allergy and she can’t have dairy, wheat or flour, but I wanted to make her some thing she could actually eat. I looked on baking sites but I don’t have any of the other flours that it needs (i.e. rice flour, bean flour etc) Help!

Question by Star: stomach hurts when I eat something with milk ?
so every time I eat like ice cream or cereal it hurts my stomach for a while, except when I have like coffee with milk it DOESN`T hurt. I`ve never been lactose-intolerant or never had any allergies. What could be going on ?

Question by Tadadada: Does anyone have a recipe for gluten free, wheat free, sugar free, and dairy free dessert or something?
My friend has food allergies and digestion issues and I want to surprise her with cookies, or cupcakes, or some sort of snack thing she can enjoy. It would be ok if the recipe had a little dairy like a little bit chocolate chips but no more than that. Thank you in advance.

Question by Dava: Do I have an addiction to something?
Basically, if I go too long without eating something sugary, chocolate, crisps or drinking something like tea or coffee I seem to get really bad withdrawal symptoms — Headaches, I get really frustrated, anxious, almost like I don’t want to move or anything… Some people think it could either be a caffeine addiction or maybe a wheat allergy??? Any ideas?

Lots of americans are addicted to sugar and caffeine- they are I’n almost every product. You may be one of them.

My fiance is an excellent baker, and I have food allergies. He made lemon bars and I can’t eat them and I want some.
no maltitol. no wheat. no sugar. prefer fruit sweetened or splenda.
or stevia. I like stevia. rice flour, oats, rye, and almond are all ok too.
