Food Allergies Treatment

20 years ago I was tested postive to a milk allergy. Throat gets kind of soar and thick like drainage. I have stayed away from dairy since then. Now I was tested again and it was negative. Anyone else get these symptoms. Doc said it was not lactose intolerance, just a general intolerance but not an allergic reaction.

One doc says that since it is an allergy, it doesn’t matter how much dairy I eat – even a little bit will affect my baby. Another doc says dairy in moderation is OK. Who’s right?
