There is nothing you need to do except take care of yourself. You body will get ready naturally. Just don’t drink or smoke. Take your vitamins. Good luck and I hope your baby is healthy.

Question by DuctTapeEMT: Yogurt and milk allergies, Infants ready for solids.?
I have a 9 month old son who is doing very well with the solids. He was premature and we were told he is doing well from a medical standpoint, but had a very hard time digesting breast milk, regular formula and we had to move to predigested formula.
He seems to do wonderfully with solid foods, with no reactions whatsoever.
I have tried Stoneyfield Farms Organic O’Soy yogurt on him with his regular breakfast, but I know they are supposed to have full fat yogurts until age two, anyone know of any full fat soy yogurts for infants and toddlers? Thanks.

In Australia they have the baby yogurt in the normal fridge section just at one end all together. Go and have a look in your supermarket or an organic supermarket if that’s what you want. Babies can have regular yogurt I haven’t tried my daughter yet but my friends just use regular stuff on their babies all around 7-8mths.
