Im 13 Years Old And I Have A Severe Milk Allergy. My Parents R Way Too Over Protective!i Have Tried Evrything!

I carry my epipen(my medicine) every where with me! I don’t eat foods that i don’t know the ingredients. I am very very careful! But my parents still don’t let me go anywhere by myself even if im with my friends!!! I’m a teenager i should be able to do what i want if im very carefull!!! PLEEZ HELP ME FIND A WAY TO CONVINCE MY PARENTS THAT I CAN BE CAREFUL AND SAFE WITHOUT THEM ALWAYS BEING RIGHT THERE!!!
