Food Allergies Treatment

Ok, I’m allergic to whey and casein, and all milk by products are out.. but all weight gain powders I’m finding so far have milk proteins and derivatives in it — but I really need to gain some weight and increase my calories. I’m on campus and don’t have time to eat properly, and I really need a solution. HELP! Any suggestions on what I can do?

I have one 2 1/2 month Baby boy, doctor says him was allergies for the cow’s milk, so have change to soy milk or other, can I ask where can buy coat’s milk at malaysia or singapore? what’s the brand?
