Maybe replace the water in the recipe with soy milk. You will probably want to warm it up first though so it will still activate the yeast.

Ok, I’m allergic to whey and casein, and all milk by products are out.. but all weight gain powders I’m finding so far have milk proteins and derivatives in it — but I really need to gain some weight and increase my calories. I’m on campus and don’t have time to eat properly, and I really need a solution. HELP! Any suggestions on what I can do?
