Question by pink orchid: I am allergic to dairy, wheat, peanuts, corn and soy. Can I survive solely on fruits, vegetables and fish ?
I am sensitive to beef, poultry and pork products so those aren’t great options either…

I have also tested positive to allergies of dust mites, mold, dog, cat, grass and trees. I was tested for all other diseases and everything came back negative. Why do I suddenly have so many allergies?

Question by Melissa: My son is allergic to milk, egg whites, soybean, peanuts, cod fish, and wheat. What can he eat?
My son will be 3 in July. I already knew he was allergic to milk. He was just tested and now I know he has other food allergies. He’s even allergic to cat & dog dander (not unusual) and cockroaches (unusual to me). What am I suppose to feed him? I can’t find goats milk, where am I suppose to look? Obviously a farm, but there are a lot of farms, where do I go and what am I suppose to feed him?

For starters go completely organic. Those types of stores have a lot of foods that are free of dyes and other additives that sensitive kids shouldn’t have. I would take a list and go to the store. Read labels and try to keep things simple, not a lot of processed foods with hidden ingredients. This is for the time being. Next visit, the nutritionist after you get a complete list of the allergies so they can teach you about which nutrients to get from where, and the safest foods without a lot of additives. Good luck! Poor little guy!

Question by haleysmom: Avoiding peanut allergies. I was advised to wait until my daughter was 3 before giving her peanuts.?
She is 16 months old and got a hold of some peanuts and ate them. She didn’t have any allergic reaction but I don’t know if I should now give her peanuts regularly or should I wait until she is three before giving her anymore. Does anyone know?

Yes. Wait until she’s 3. Don’t give her peanut butter either. For the same reason.
