Question by Mrs. R.: Is there a possibility my son outgrew his allergies?
My son was tested at 5 months for allergies. They stated he was allergic to wheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts. Now my son is 5 months old. We gave him fries not realizing that some fries contain wheat. He had no allergic reaction. Now my husband gave my son Noodles that contained eggs.Which I am not to happy about. He also did not have a reaction. Is there a possibility he could have outgrow his allergies so fast?

It is possible to out grow allergies, I’m not sure how long it takes. Best way to check is to redo the allergy test.

I was allergic to milk as a child, and out grew it at age 8. I am Anaphylaxic to peanuts and have not grown out of it– im 18 now. They say it’s almost impossible to outgrow a deadly allergy though. As for the milk? It really depends on the time of your life and if your body wants to or not. Another alternative is allergy shots but they are an inconviniance and are not all that effective. Good luck!
