Every day for the last few years i’ve had extreme gas problems. Especially around a late noon. I have to try my hardest to keep from farting out loud. I don’t eat excessive amounts of milk products, and i’ve never noticed a link between them. But i do eat wheat and flour products every day. How do i tell what it is? And if it is a wheat allergy, what am i supposed to eat?

All I know is I can’t consume milk, cheese, icecream, butter, cream, chocolate etc anything with what I consider milk to be in but sometimes I am told ‘nope it’s lactose intollerence not a milk allergy’. Whattt! What’s the difference?
Just so you know the symptoms I get for having these foods include very bad stomach cramps and severe back muscle pain.

My son is 20 months old. it seems like when he has milk he either throws it up or gets diarreah. This has been happening for almost a week now. At first I thought he was sick. I don’t give him cups of milk that often, he gets calcium from other foods. Over the past month or more he has gotten sick requently and thinking back it seems to be after drinking milk. Some told me he may have a milk allergy or be lactose intolerant. The thing is he eats cereal with milk in it, he eats cheese and yogurt, he also eats ice cream. This doesn’t sound like an allergy or anything to me, maybe just a coincidence? what do you think?

My mouth goes all funny I think mainly the upper area and its like burning or soemthing I can’t really describe thiss feeling.

He’s been on gentlease since 2 months and is almost 12. It doesn’t bother him, but when we mix in 1 oz into a 7 oz bottle, he gets really bad gas. I’ve tried this multiple times and seems to be recurring. I don’t understand how he could have an intolerance or an allergy if he’s on cows milk formula.
