Question by S.: Recipes with Stevia, with no Wheat or Sugar? Desserts and/or Main Dishes? (I’ve got lots of allergies) ?
I’ve got lots of allergies, and my doctor has put me on a diet with no sugar, wheat, yeast, corn, or potatoes (among other things). Some of the things I CAN eat are organic berries, stevia (as a sweetener), rice flour, oat flour, organic beef, rice, granny smith apples, stuff like that. I believe it’s called the Candida Diet or something like that. If you have any recipes (especially desserts!) that use stevia instead of sugar, and something other than wheat or spelt, please share! :D

It’s an acquired taste, certainly. If you’re used to cow’s milk, it is sharper.
And yes, it is good for you, I’m sure as good as cow’s milk is.

Question by Susan S: I’ve been eating peanut butter, dairy, eggs… I also breast feed. Will my DD get an allergy?
My daughter is 4 months old. Someone I know discovered the peanut butter she was eating caused her son to get a peanut allergy. So far, DD has no allergies. Neither me nor my husband have food allergies. Will eating peanut butter cause an allergy in my daughter? Or any other food, for that matter?
Obviously, I didn’t realize eating these foods could cause problems. I thought they were to be avoided only if allergies run in your family.

My ped. told me to eat whatever I wanted. I did, and my daughter has no allergies that I am aware of.

You can spend your whole nursing relationship fretting about what you eat. Just eat healthfully and drink enough water and you will be fine!

Question by NOT USING Y!A ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!: I’ve asked this before, but all the answers couldn’t help at all.?
Hi, I need to gain weight. I am 17, 5’3″ and 104 lbs. I have problems gaining weight because I’m on such strict diets due to my food allergies: Milk and Shellfish, and I have IBS, which makes it hard for me to digest carbs.
I really need to gain weight and I have no clue how, working out doesn’t help at all, I’ve tried time and time again, I end up loosing more than I gain in muscle mass, and I lose my curves, I want to keep my breasts and butt and thighs.

What do I do?

Last time I asked this someone copy and pasted an article that said for me to eat cheese and drink more milk and eat more breads. Obviously, they didn’t read that I have allergies, so here’s a reminder: I’m allergic to Milk and Shellfish and have problems digesting carbs.
Oh and don’t tell me to eat more McDonald’s or something like that, I don’t need sarcasm, I want to stay healthy.

Question by rladkisson: I’m 24 years old and think i’ve developed an allergy to milk. Is this possible?
I’ve noticed that everytime i drink milk, my stomach the bend of my arms and the base of my neck start itching. If i drink a lot of it, my face becomes really warm. I’ve never had an allergy to milk before so i’m wondering if a sudden allergy development is possible. Thank you!

It may be possible for a certain “brand”. Start using some other. Chocolates have milk, ice creams and many more things. But they should not give you allergy. Try turning into a tasty milk shake of your top flavor. OR you can add chocolate/energy products like horlics or milo etc.

Just make yourself feel good.
