Anyone who’s lactose intolerant or has a milk allergy?
I just found out that I am allergic to milk. I was about eat a few tater tots until I read something that says partially hydrogenated vegetable oil in the ingredients. Does that ingredient have some type of dairy or lactose in it?

lactose intolerant people are not able to digest sugars that are in the milk.

Thats called celiacs desease. You need to look it up online. There should be some lists of foods you can have and can NOT have. I have a friend that has this and she is limited to what she can eat. Id look up celiacsdesease.com

celiac dis. is a gluten intolerance. I guess you could be allergic to another protein in wheat other than gluten.
