It might be worth while before hand to go to the doctors and get a blood test done to see if you don’t have coeliac disease. However, to answer your question a lot of the big supermarkets do free from ranges so you can still eat pasta and breads. You can also still eat potatoes, rice which will help you maintain your weight . The obvious thing you could also do increase you calories intake. The main thing is if you want to maintain your weight don’t eliminate all carbs you have to substitute with the free from ranges or other wheat free carbs. If you want to go and have a blood test then you have to keep on eating wheat. Hopes this helps .

Are you allergic to peanuts? If not, you can eat one of my boys’ favorite breakfasts. I call it peanut butter rice. Cook some rice, then add peanut butter and brown sugar. It is good.
I suppose you could also eat oatmeal.
How about sausage and hash browns?

Question by Me, myself, & I: Anyone who knows about gluten allergies!!!! Please Help!!?
My 6 year old son has been hospitalized twice since birth because of the severe reaction he has to milk products. Both times we couldnt understand how he got so sick, because everyone knows not to give him milk products. (Thinking back over the past 6 yrs i dont recall an allergy test being done.)
I have recently noticed that he seems to get extreme bloating, diarrhea, and (last nite, vomiting) after eating wheat products, and i am thinking that maybe it is a gluten allergy not a milk allergy(or maybe both). I wonder if the two allergies are similar and if they are often mistaken for one another. If anyone knows anything about this topic, i’d love some insight. My baby is miserable, its killing me!

Question by msgm: Allergy test- please help interpret results?
I had an allergy test done 5 years ago. My allergenist gave me the results via mail and never explained them to me, then he retired. So..for 5 years, I’ve had no clue what I’m allergic too…
does anyone know how to interpret the test results?
for example, for all it uses skin prick at 20,000pnu’s/cc
and for whole wheat it says, as the results, 5/10.
Beef is 5/9
maple tre is 6/9
willow is 0/5
LA/O trees is 5/0 (and what is LA/O trees?)
walnut tree is 5/5…..

Question by dum dum wants gum gum: How can I help my daughters horrible stomach ache?
My 12 year old is home in bed, and she is very sick. Yesterday she woke up with a terrible stomach ache and was vomiting about every 30 minutes. Today she is better, but not great. She says she has cramps. I am pretty sure it is an allergy, because she is intolerant to wheat and had too much of it on Saturday. Her younger sister had a ”abdominal migraine” about 3 weeks ago, and it was back to her last Thursday. Could she have caught her sisters virus? What can I do to make her feel better?

get a small towel and wet it completely and put it in the microwave and as soon as you take it out put it on her stomach. It will make her feel better trust me.
