Question by lollipopkaboom: Does Cici’s Pizza Buffet serve gluten-free pizza?
My friend has a wheat allergy, and it makes it hard for us to go eat out. A Cici’s pizza just opened where I live and we’re both big fans of pizza even though she rarely gets to have any because almost no one makes it wheat-free.

Question by canoso: Does anyone know any good gluten-free bread recipes or gluten-free bread I can buy at a store? ?
My son had allergy testing. Wheat and soy were two of the things he is allergic to. Does anyone know of a decent bread made without these ingredients? Milk, eggs, peanuts, all the usual culprits are OK. The breads I’ve tried look and taste like hockey pucks, but we make good muffins, cookies, corn bread and other alternatives. Any links or recipes would be so helpful!

THEY SELL GLUTEN FREE FLOUR AT SOME OF THE STORES .IF YOU JUST SWITCH OUT THE REGULAR FLOUR FOR GLUTEN FREE IT WILL SAVE YOU A BUNDLE IN THE END. GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS ARE MORE PRICEY BECAUSE SOME INGREDIENTS ARE HARD TO FIND.

My 2yr. old son was diagnosed last year with allergies to soy and dairy after I complained to his doctor that he has chronic loose stool/diarrhea, and a rash around his mouth.

We have eliminated milk/soy, and he is quite happy drinking rice milk. He still has loose stool, however, and it gets worse from time to time. He almost never has a formed stool.

The last day or so it has been bad, the only new food he’s eaten is Natural Ovens Brainy Bagels.

He tested negative to wheat, eggs and rice on a skin prick test, but I’m wondering if he has developed some type of intolerance to something?

What is the best way to eliminate gluten for a toddler? Remember he is already avoiding dairy, soy, all nuts and peanuts (siblings have allergies).

Help!
