Food Allergies Treatment

Question by sassash: Can you give me a link to a website that has information on starting a dairy free diet?
We just found out that my husband and 22 month old daughter have milk allergies. My husband cut dairy out of his diet a few weeks ago and has felt a lot better. Before I cut dairy out of my daughter’s diet I would like to get more info on eating dairy free.

Royal Canin is a great brand, but I would check the ingredient list to see if you can spot any wheat or wheat gluten in there. Or, try calling or e-mailing the company to ask if that food would be safe for her.

Shes 11 months, and i konw your suppose to wait until there 12 months. She is a verry big girl and can eat almost anything. Me and my husband have no history of food allergies, same with our family’s. If i can give her milk, how much, and what percent?

My dad is a doctor and said it was ok with my oldest (5 years) just preferably whole milk or at least 2%.

My doctor said its not a peanut allergy. Whenever I eat just a couple of peanuts or anything with peanut butter I have diarrhea.
