Food Allergies Treatment

Question by Tara O: I am often congested – especially at night. I have never had allergies, but could it be due to an allergy?
I’m often congested. at night, I wear Breathe Easy strips on my nose and during the day, I blow my nose a few times every day. I have never had allergies and I’m not really taking any major medications. I’m 28 and am fairly healthy. someone yesterday talked about constant medication being possibly caused by a milk allergy. could this be in response to milk????
thank you for the replies so far! I actually started cutting out milk today, but boy is it hard!!! can I still take calcium tablets? someone mentioned that many tablets still have lactose in them. and does soy milk count as dairy, or can I have that? if milk surely is the problem.

the problem is during the day as well, I’m a little stuffy right now as a matter of fact! I don’t think it’s anything specific to my bed….although I’ll be more aware of that, since I never thought of it before!

Go to herbalhealer.com they have homeopathic products that are broken down by illness and area you live in etc. You can consult with a naturopathic doctor online when you become a member(both are free). She has helped me in the past.

We are travelling to Croatia and need a very accurate translation card to hand to waiters/chefs/shops to let them know that our daughter has a life-threatening allergy to nuts, particularly peanuts. We need to emphasise that it needs to be taken seriously. We also need to know how to ask for medical attention and an ambulance.
