My 6 Week Old Baby Has A Very Distended Stomach X Rays Revealed It Was Gas. Could It Be A Milk Allergy?

I was breastfeeding her and noticed her stomach was so full and she was grunting. I took her to the childrens Hospital and was there 5 days and took all kinds of tests that came out clear the only thing they could guess was she may be allergic to milk in my diet. With gas being her only symptom, could this be true?
