Question by Erica D: My child is turning one, she has a dairy, wheat, soy, peanut, and egg allergies.?
We would like to make her own cake for her birthday, but I’m having no luck searching the internet, b/c every recipe has either one or more of her following allergies. Can anyone give me a recipe or a website with recipes so that I could make her a cake? Thank you.

. My son just had those exact tests done with almost the same results. Milk allergies he is a 3 so I am supposed to keep him away from dairy products BUT…….I don’t. He eats cake and cookies and cheese and all that stuff. The only things that bother him are milk, like a glass of milk, and mac-n-cheese. He can’t eat processed cheese but regular cheese he does fine. The rest of it, like the wheat and eggs he does fine in moderation. He gets eggs a couple times a week, and there is wheat in almost everything. Soy he can’t even touch.
So, look at the results: If your child is a 1, then she should be fine, a 2 use caution, a 3 steer clear. This is not what the doctors say, but this is only what I have found to be accurate with my son.

Question by Tadadada: Does anyone have a recipe for gluten free, wheat free, sugar free, and dairy free dessert or something?
My friend has food allergies and digestion issues and I want to surprise her with cookies, or cupcakes, or some sort of snack thing she can enjoy. It would be ok if the recipe had a little dairy like a little bit chocolate chips but no more than that. Thank you in advance.

Question by sassash: Can you give me a link to a website that has information on starting a dairy free diet?
We just found out that my husband and 22 month old daughter have milk allergies. My husband cut dairy out of his diet a few weeks ago and has felt a lot better. Before I cut dairy out of my daughter’s diet I would like to get more info on eating dairy free.
