Allergy-free ice cream business?

I want to start a company and become rich. One day, I was feeding my son ice cream, when he started swelling up. It turns out, he is allergic to milk. He said he loved the taste of the ice cream, but it made him sick. I then have found out my friends kids can’t eat ice cream since there allergic to nuts. They don’t trust ice cream stores since they are worried about cross contamination. And the cones are all made from factories that process nuts. That got me thinking, so I researched some stuff online and found a site that had a recipe for allergy free ice cream with no traces of nuts, milk, or wheat. I tweaked the recipe and added some new flavors to the mix. It tastes really good and it doesn’t make my kids or my friends kids sick. I even started making cones from rice and that have no trace of nuts.
I have not found any ice cream stores that sell allergy free ice cream. I would like to start a store in my area that sells this ice crea, because tons of kids in my area have bad allergies. I am hoping once this store does well, i could start a chain and have stores around the USA and eventuallymthe country. I would also sell the ice cream in supermarkets. Could this make me rich? What do you think?
I alsomlike companies that offer solutions to businesses. I may want to start a company like this. Any ideas?
Thanks!

It sounds like a great idea, but I have another suggestion. You also need for your ice creams to be free from artificial colors. At first, I think you should market your ice cream in health food stores.
Another thing you can consider is making allergy free pizza. I am allergic to most frozen pizzas on the market now. Most of them contain poultry and I am allergic to poultry. People would also want a non-dairy pizza.
