Some people have allergies to gluten and searching for a healthy bread to eat , does whole wheat contain gluten?

Yes it does…there are whole grain products that do not contain gluten and say so on the package. Manna bread, Ezekiel bread and Food for Life bread all gluten free. They can be found in natural food markets, Whole Foods stores and Stop and Shop in the natural foods frozen foods section. For more info…www.foodforlife.com

Is it making your face break out where it touches it, like a contact allergy, or are you drinking milk and breaking out after? Also, how old are you and how often do you have this occurance? If you are allergic to it by ingestion, it is unlikely that you would only see symptoms of this on your face in terms of a break out of pimples. It could be the hormone content of the milk- if you are young and just beginning to experience the joys of hormones, the milk could be enough to push the acne breakout. You could try hormone free milk… much of the milk you buy in the grocery store comes from cows that are goven hormones to increase milk production. You could also switch to soy milk.
