My doctor recently told me that I have a knee problem that is worsened by juice and soda(anything with acid in it). I have have a allergy to cow milk. What can I drink besides those things and water! Water gets really boring, really fast. What can I do?

Many who are allergic to cow’s milk can safely drink goat’s milk.
Goat’s milk tastes the same as cow’s milk, but is much easier to digest.
My family used to raise Nubian dairy goats. My father once gave some goat’s milk to a family whose child could not drink cow’s milk and he had no problem drinking goat milk.
Goat’s milk is available in most grocery stores now. You may want to talk to your doctor about goat’s milk.
