You can buy gluten free flour.

When substituting wheat flour with gluten-free flour, you’ll usually get best results with recipes which have only a small percentage of flour in them. Your health food shop — or perhaps even your supermarket — will sell gluten-free flour.
OR
The following combinations of flours work well together:

2 cups rice flour, 2/3 cup potato flour, 1/3 cup tapioca flour.
1/2 soya flour and 1/2 maize cornflour (cornstarch).
1/2 soya flour and 1/2 potato flour.
1/2 soya flour and 1/2 rice flour.
1/2 soya flour, 1/4 potato flour, 1/4 rice flour.

Have a great time !

The first thing that comes to mind is rice milk, but is there anything else? What is the most flavorful brand? 8th Continent Vanilla was superb until I discovered an allergy to soy. So, despite my love for all things soy, soy is out. Thanks for all serious suggestions.

Assume the person hates the taste of SOY, drinks coffee with milk daily and cannot drink it black, and has egg whites rather than whole eggs for cholesterol benefits. Knowing that eggs and milk are staples in so much of what we eat, i.e., pizza, bread, pasta, what can be used instead? Liquid egg substitues have already been suggested and will be used as much as possible.
