What do adults with nut allergies do? Don’t you think the schools are coddling kids to much?

I think what they are doing with kids nut allergies is ridiculous . Some school districts have gone nut free, there are nut free tables in some schools. You can’t pack your kid who is not allergic a peanut butter sandwich. Then I saw a question on here a month ago that her kids school is asking you not to even feed your kids nut products in the morning and to use a different knife for nut products then you use for their lunch. This is crazy when you go to college or work people will not do that. Three are thousands of adults with nut allergies and the world is not nut free. I am allergic to shellfish to the point where the smell makes get nauseated just by the smell. I don’t ask my coworkers not to bring shellfish in their lunch. I deal with it or I leave and eat at my desk.

I can understand it in schools because sometimes kids are to young to understand why they shouldn’t have something. Or could have something offered by a friend without knowing there was nuts in it.
But the cutting this is just odd
