My 18 month old son has a severe milk allergy. If he ingests milk, milk by-products or any processed foods containing milk he is covered from head to toe in hives. I’m wondering if anyone (possibly in the same situation) has some suggestions on ensuring he gets the calcium he needs.

It doesn’t matter if the beef is high quality steak or cheap hamburger meat, so the fat content is not a common factor. They have no problem digesting corn and milk, and have no other food intolerances or allergies. My husband finds it a nuisance. My 9 year old daughter is embarrassed. I’m looking for a remedy or solution to my stinky situation. We don’t eat meat very often, only once a month or so.

I am having a surprise b’day party for my friend who is allergic to milk and gluten. She can, however have eggs and nuts. Any good ideas? Thanks in advance.

His dr. said cheese is good, and he loves it, and he just had a small taste of cow’s milk – would it hurt him to have like a sippy cup of it every day? Or is it better to wait until he is one year, for allergy reasons?
