Food Allergies Treatment

My daughter just turned 1 and has been on alimentum, a hypo allergenic formula. We tried whole milk and she got a rash around her mouth instantly, then we have had her on soy for about 3 days now and she seems to be getting a light rash on her body.

She currently does have her first diaper rash ever, well i thought it was a diaper rash and the MD said it may be yeast so we are using some rx to clear it up.

I dont know if it is that rash or the soy. I am so sick of guessing so I made an appt with the allergist and I am going to have her tested to just “KNOW” if she has an allergy and then go from there.

Can anyone tell me what to expect? I know its the skin prick test on her back, will this hurt bad? I had a big one done when i was a kid in school, but NOT a baby…

My child is 10 months old & has cow milk allergy. Can I give her some cheese?

My 4 month old daughter has a diaper rash where it looks like the top layer of skin has burned off in some places. It’s not too bad but I’m still concerned. Her stool is a little runny with tiny lumps in it. She has been on this formula for a little over a month but I know allergy’s can build up over time. I let her eat about a tablespoon of organic rice cereal about 3 days ago. I also bought her some new diaper wipes but they say hypoallergenic. Do you think it’s the wipes or the formula. I’m almost sure it’s the formula. The brand is Baby’s only organic milk based.

my Friend has a milk allergy and i want to invite her to my birthday party. so im trying to figure out what food i should give her, we will be having pizza cake and ice cream. what should i use as substitutes for her?

My daughter is 14 months old and i still have her on S26 gold formula and am thinking of putting her on cow’s milk. The other day i gave her a 150ml bottle of 99% fat free cow’s milk and she seemed ok for the rest of the day, but developed gas later that night. The next day she had a runny stool that smelled so horrible, one of the worst i have ever smelt! So do you think it’s the milk that caused her symptoms? Do you think she could have a milk Allergy or intolerance? Or is it just her stomach being sensitive because she isn’t use to it?
