quick answers please. i have a tree nut allergy, but when i eat foods with almond extract, i get no symptoms..?

almond extract may or maynot contain almonds, most likely it’s artificial flavoring.

1, real almond extract will have almonds in it. But lots of stuff like that is “imitation.”
#2, It is possible be allergic to some nuts and not others. I am.
#3, Allergies can have different severities. I can eat tomatoes twice a day for over a week before I have a noticeable reaction. But 1 slice of pepperoni that contains “less than 2% beef” is enough to make my tongue & throat swell.
