I need a shellfish allergy allert card in Chinese?

We are temporaily living in Shanghai and I am severely allergic to shellfish. With the language barrier I really need a card to hand the waiter when I give my order in a restraunt.

Call you doctor he should be able to help or just lear how to say that you are allergic in chinese.

That’s a great idea. Have 2 made, in case you lose one.
