Is there any relation between circles under the eyes and a milk allergy?

Someone told me that dark circles under the eyes could be a sign of a milk allergy. I’ve never heard this before. I was wondering if anyone else had ever heard this and if anyone knows if it’s true or not.

Not just a milk allergy, but allergies in general. They’re called “allergic shiners” by the allergy docs.
