Hi. I would suggest not making too many changes right away. You might try introducing small amounts of milk type products such as oat milk (which you can make your self), rice milk. I would suggest nut milks but if your son has soy allergies they may bother him too.http://www.care2.com/greenliving/milk-al…

I'm not sure, I am in the same boat with you. But I know my son is allergic to eggs, milk, soybeans & peanuts. I purchased a book called "The Everything Organic Cooking for Baby & Toddler Book" by Kim Lutz & Megan Hart. I have to read the ingredient label on everything single thing before I buy it for my son to make sure nothing is in it that he is allergic to.

Do not panic! There are ways around a great many different allergies. Take it from me I know. In our household there are numerous different dietary needs.
The worst to keep up with is on child who is 17 now and still on a highly restrictive diet.
yeast
milk
soy
vinegar
lime juice
tomatoes
sugar
aspartame
artificial colors and flavors
on and on!
Needless to say it is an art form to keep meals and school lunches in line. It can and has to be done.
What you need to do is try alternative milk product such a rice milk and watch the contents of products you buy. Once you begin this process you will be amazed as to what you have been eating! Do not panic as I said already since as of yet you do not know what the actual issue is. It may be something simple too.
