Food Allergies Treatment

This is a flashback on my life until I found out that I was allergic to the lactose found in normal milk. That is undoubtedly what the case is for you. Millions of people and all dogs are allergic to lactose.
Not including store name versions of lactose free milk there are two companies that make lactose free milk. The brand names are:
1) Lactaid and
2) Dairy Ease
Of the two I greatly prefer Lactaid. You can also buy tablets from the company that makes Lactaid. In that case, you have to put the tablets in regular milk and wait for a minimum of 24 hours. The lactose comes out of the milk to the bottom of the container. You then have to filter the milk into another container so as to separate the milk from the lactose residue. As the price isn’t significantly different, I just buy Lactaid. Make sure that you get 100% lactose free Lactaid, they sell it at 75% and 50% and you don’t want to mess with that.
Another good piece of news is this. Lactose free milk is good for at least a month, it’s the lactose that causes quick spoiling of the milk. BTW, as a treat I occasionally give my dog a bowl of lactose free milk. He has no problems digesting it and just loves it.
I shop at a large chain store called G****. They make their own brand of lactose-free milk. I have had several of those cartons spoil so I gave up on them.
I suggest that you buy Lactaid. You’ll be happy that you did.

You should just drink soy milk instead of regular milk, it’s actually much better and healthier for you. I can’t answer your question though, lol.
