  1. Beth S says:

Only if the child is allergic to chocolate as well. Milk allergies can produce a variety of symptoms, such as:
    Skin Reactions:
    Itchy red rash
    Hives
    Eczema
Swelling of lips, mouth, tongue, face or throat
    Allergic “Shiners” (black eyes)
    Stomach and Intestinal Reactions:
    Abdominal pain and bloating
    Diarrhea (usually very runny)
    Vomiting
    Gas/wind
    Cramps
    Nose, Throat and Lung Reactions:
    Runny Nose
    Sneezing
    Watery and/or Itchy eyes
    Coughing
    Wheezing
    Shortness of Breath

Chocolate Milk may cause alergies if yoru allergic to chocolate, peanuts(alot of chocolate is processed in factories that process peanuts as well)
Also if you are lactose intolerate, adding chocolate to milk just makes it that much worse.
As far as symtoms–upset stomach, hives

  4. CHAEI says:

I would say only if you are allergic to chocolate that is the only difference between the two.

  5. mommaof4 says:

Not that I’ve heard of, unless, like the others say, your kid is allergic to chocolate too.
