Ok, I’m allergic to whey and casein, and all milk by products are out.. but all weight gain powders I’m finding so far have milk proteins and derivatives in it — but I really need to gain some weight and increase my calories. I’m on campus and don’t have time to eat properly, and I really need a solution. HELP! Any suggestions on what I can do?

    Try finding a protein powder with a soy base. While not as efficient as milk protein, soy (plant) based proteins would help you increase your caloric intake. You could also work on preparing your meals ahead to take care of the scarce time you have while on campus. Peanut butter is also a good source of calories and plant protein, as are other legumes like beans.
