One Response to “What Is The Difference Between Lactose Free Milk And Soy Milk?”
  1. shota-co says:

Lactose free milk is still milk, but without lactose (lactose is the “sugar” component of milk). It is only given to babies who are lactose-intolerant, meaning their bodies can’t digest/synthesize lactose. Since it is still milk, it is not recommended for babies with milk allergy.
