My son is allergic to milk AND has asthma...he used the INTAL inhaler for years, but now he takes Singulair in the pill form, every day. This pill has been wonderful! My son is allergic to Milk protein so he's been able to use the Intal inhaler as a preventive. If you are lactose intolerant...you will not be able to use most preventive inhalers.
