recently i have been getting red spots all over my chest,face and stomach.Also i have been having stomach cramps and have the symptoms of a cold.
could this be an allergy to milk that has just developed?

    allergies can just happen yes, only 2 years ago i found out i was gluten intolerant and have to have gluten free milk now, where as id beeen drinking milk all my life, i would suggest seeing your gp though as it could be anything, goodluck

    yes, you can develop an allergy to virtually anything at any age, I became allergic to peanut at the age of 40!
    see your gp, he should be able to refer you to an allergy testing centre at your hospital.
    DO NOT go to any private quack who offer to test you,
    do not bother with those where you provide a skin prick of blood and send of to some lab somewhere. they will just tell you you’re allergic to loads of stuff when you’re not.

    You CAN develop a sudden allergy. But there’s no way to tell if this particular reaction is an allergy to milk without trial and error–cut it out of your diet, and see if things improve, then reintroduce it and see if things get worse.

    You can develop or lose any allergy at any point in time. that’s what makes them so unpredictable, and dangerous.
